Ingredients

  • 600 g zucchini
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 250 g minced beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled oregano, stripped
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled tomato paste, spicy
  • 125 g cheese, (ratin cheese)

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices and fry with 2 tablespoons of olive oil while turning. Scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Steam in the remaining oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and brown it, season with salt, pepper, oregano and tomato paste and add the tomato cubes.
  2. Fan the zucchini slices in a baking dish. Pour the tomato / minced meat sauce over it and spread the gratin cheese over it.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
