Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken schnitzel
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • Gouda, 1 slice per schnitzel
  • some ketchup or tomato sauce
  • Salt or fondor
  • paprika
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the zucchini. Divide one half into 4 pegs. Halve the other half and cut into slices. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Halve tomatoes and cut into slices.
  2. Spread the zucchini slices, tomatoes and peppers in a baking dish. Season with paprika. Spread some ketchup on top.
  3. Knock the chicken breast schnitzel (for me there are usually 4 pieces) flat. Season both sides with fondor, pepper and paprika. Place a slice of Gouda cheese on each schnitzel, place a pin of zucchini on top and roll it up. Fasten each with two toothpicks and place in the baking dish.
  4. Put in the oven at top / bottom heat (200 degrees) for 35 minutes.
