Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet (s), firm (if possible cod or salmon)
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 250 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 150 g cheese, rated Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, distribute evenly in a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top.
  2. Chop the onions and sauté with the bacon in a pan until translucent. Add the tomatoes and creme fraiche, season everything vigorously with the spices and pour over the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. If you like, you can add sliced pre-cooked potatoes to the zucchini. But we also like pasta or just baguette with it.
