Zucchini “Noodles” With Meatballs

Cool, not overloaded dish – squash noodles with meat balls! A simple recipe that many will love. Vegetables and meat are always delicious. It is easy to prepare and it turns out original. Try cooking zucchini in a new way!
Ingredients
- Zucchini – 2 pcs.
- Minced meat – 500 g
- Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Bread crumbs – 2-3 tbsp
- Ground coriander – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
- All products are on the table. Let’s start, and the dish will be ready in 30 minutes.
- The first step is to prepare meat balls. Rub the onion on a coarse grater.
- Add breadcrumbs to the onion, mix. Let it stand for 5 minutes so that the crackers are soaked in onion juice.
- Combine onion with breadcrumbs with minced meat and spices. Mix well.
- We form small meat balls.

Fry the meat balls in a little oil over low heat until cooked.
- We grate the zucchini for Korean carrots. The longer the squash noodles are, the better.
- Remove the finished meatballs from the pan.
- In the same oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic squeezed through a press for a few seconds.
- Add zucchini noodles to the pan with garlic. Fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes (do not simmer). A couple of minutes after the start of frying, salt the zucchini.
- Add the meat balls to the courgettes and mix. Turn up the heat and quickly fry the zucchini with meatballs.
- You can serve it on the table! It turned out to be a very aromatic and tasty dish! Meat with vegetables – what could be better!
