Wash, peel and grate the zucchini into large strips. Wash the spring onions as well and cut into fine rings. Add to the zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, dill, chives, vinegar and oil. Mix in Cremefine and dilute with water if necessary. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator for several hours. But at least 2 hours.
Tip: I only core the zucchini if they are extremely large and have a lot of large seeds in them.
A very good alternative to cucumber salad if you have a zucchini glut.
