Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, approx. 4 cm in diameter, very firm
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 g sheep cheese, feta, mild
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon herbs (Herbe de Porvence), lightly grated in a mortar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Olives, without seeds, black

- Cut the zucchini into slices about 15 mm thick, fry quickly on both sides in hot olive oil, season with salt and pepper. They shouldn`t be done yet, but should already be browned.
- Divide the cheese into 4 cm wide strips, cut in half crosswise, then cut into oblong triangles.
- Mix the oil with the herbs and garlic and marinate the cheese triangles in it for 1-2 hours.
- Place a cheese triangle on each of the zucchini slices, place the slices in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the marinade.
- Bake at 250 degrees for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese turns brown. Stick an olive with a stick on each. Tastes warm and cold.
