Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini, peeled, pitted, peeled (like french fries)
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 50 g curry paste
- salt
- 100 g noodles (Asia noodles)

- Simmer the first four ingredients in a closed saucepan until the zucchini are firm to the bite. Then add the Asia noodles (they don`t need to be cooked as long as other noodles) and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Arrange and serve on plates.
