Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 300 g ladyfiners
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk, rated
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Add 2 tablespoons of amaretto, sugar and vanilla sugar. (Quantities can be varied according to your own taste.)
  2. Place a layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish, drizzle with amaretto. Spread half of the quark cream over it and sprinkle with half of the chocolate. Place another layer of ladyfingers on top, drizzle with amaretto, pour the rest of the cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate. I like it best when it has been through for a day and the ladyfingers are nice and soft. If you like it crispy, you can serve it right away.
