Fry the meat, season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, cut the spring onions into rings that are not too thin and dice the peppers. Add to the mince and fry briefly. Pour in the broth and stir in the fork spaghetti. Let the pasta cook while stirring. Then possibly thicken the 15-minute pan with sauce thickener or sauce powder (or flour). Season to taste with a little curry if necessary.
