Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the stone. Remove the pulp with a spoon and mash with a fork to make a fine pulp. Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic and yoghurt and stir everything together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Tastes good with potato wedges, on tortillas and with anything you can dip.
  3. Note from the chef recipe editing:
  4. The quantity 1 serving refers to the fact that 1 dip is being made here. This is definitely enough for more than 1 person. If you want to make less, just use 1 avocado and half of the remaining ingredients.
  5. If you like, you can remove the tomato seeds, as shown in the video. This will make the guacamole less watery.
  6. For storage you can put an avocado core in the middle of the dip. This prevents you from getting tanned.
