Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain and cut into small pieces.
Wash and dice the tomato, whisk the eggs with the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Now put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Then place in a hot, greased pan and determine the size of the omelette as required. Turn again and again and fry until golden brown until no liquid egg whites can be seen. Serve hot.
