Knead all ingredients to a firm dough and cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then turn the dough through a meat grinder with an attachment for shortbread biscuits and make any cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the second rack from the bottom for approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
Tip: All ingredients should be at the same temperature during preparation. I haven`t been able to find a better recipe for shortbread cookies yet, these cookies really are the tastiest.
