Knead all ingredients together and make a dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours (it is best to let the dough rest for a day in a cool place).
Then shape the dough into rolls and cut off pieces approx. 1 cm wide, which you shape into croissants. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes on the second rack from the bottom in a preheated oven at 180 ° C. Then dust the finished croissants with powdered sugar.
Tip: I also add vanilla flavoring, then they taste even better.
