Cut the onion into small cubes, the ham and salami into strips. Fry both in a pan with a little oil. Now cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them. Now add the noodles, the stock and the corn. Mix everything with the spices and bring to a boil. Let everything simmer on medium heat with the lid closed. After 5 minutes stir in the crème fraîche and the tomato paste and simmer again for 5 minutes with the lid closed. If the sauce boils down too much, simply extend it with a little milk and season again with the spices as desired.
It is also very tasty if you add a little mozzarella to the pasta at the end and let it run a little with the lid closed.
