Melt the butter and chocolate while at the same time whip the sugar and eggs properly in the food processor (until the chocolate butter has cooled down a bit). Mash the bananas properly with a fork and mix with the butter and chocolate mixture under the egg foam. Fold in the sifted flour, mixed with baking powder and cocoa.
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and cover with chocolate sprinkles at the end. Bake at about 180-190 ° C for about 30-40 minutes. The cake rises in the oven, but then collapses again. It is done when the dough still looks a bit damp and has cushioned in the middle, but nothing should stick to the wooden skewer test.
This recipe was actually an experiment in which I just wanted to melt an old chocolate Easter bunny and my family was just thrilled! A special highlight is, among other things. the trick with the chocolate sprinkles - bake, then you know what I mean.
