Instructions

  1. First of all: when I say a cup of milk and water, I mean the cream cup is simply filled.
  2. Bring the pasta to the boil with the cream, milk, water and the instant stock.
  3. Add the cream cheese, 1/3 of the Gouda and 1/3 of the mozzarella and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Cover evenly with the remaining Gouda cheese and mozzarella and slide into the oven on the middle rack. Gratinate at approx. 200 ° C (possibly less, depending on the oven) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and browned.
  5. A fresh, light salad goes wonderfully with it.
  6. If you prepare the casserole with ham, you first sear it in the selected pot before using the other ingredients according to the recipe. Instead of milk, you can also use two cups of cream.
