Instructions

  1. Mash the two bananas with a fork, if they are not soft enough you can add a spoonful of honey or agave syrup. The bananas are then mixed with the oat flakes.
  2. With that the dough is already ready. You can of course add chocolate drops or dried fruits to taste. I always add cranberries and raisins. I soak them beforehand in a cup of hot water so that they can be cut up more easily. I then chop them up and add them to the dough.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and flatten them a little on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or shape them into another shape. I usually get 12 handy cookies.
  4. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 20 minutes and then let them cool down. If you like them a little softer, you can leave them inside for 10-15 minutes.
  5. The biscuits are perfect as a snack between meals or for the bread box!
