Beat the eggs in a pan and fry them as a fried egg, seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic. Add the bacon and fry brown to taste.
Toast the wholemeal toast. Spread about 1/3 of the peeled avocado on a slice of toast with a fork. Brush the other toast with the barbecue sauce and mustard as desired. Place the two fried eggs on the slice of bread with the avocado. Place the bacon on top as well and fold the second toast on top.
