Instructions

  1. Make a dough from flour, butter, egg yolk, salt and water and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Clean the leek, cut into thin rings and stew in 1 tablespoon butter for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with the addition of salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring the milk to the boil, remove the saucepan from the stove and stir in the egg mixture. Heat egg milk again and reduce, stirring constantly, until it becomes creamy.
