Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and then fry the meat in it. Chop the onion, garlic and chilli and add. After another 5 minutes, first add the bell pepper, then it will stay nice and crisp. Pour everything up with white wine and broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer again for 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the cream, parmesan, peppercorns and mustard and season with the spices. Let the sauce simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and, if you like, mix in the pan or serve one after the other with the meat on the plate.
