- Put the cream cheese, quark and crème fraiche in a bowl.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into very fine rings. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut again lengthways. Then cut into the finest strips.
- Add to the quark mixture and season with the spices.
- A strong rye stick bread tastes good with it. But also ideally suited as a dip with jacket potatoes.
