Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a bowl, crumble the yeast cube into it and stir with the hand whisk until the yeast has dissolved, which takes about 20 seconds. Then add the first half of the flour and stir with the hand mixer. Stir in the second half of the flour. Add the other ingredients and stir in well.
  2. Now we have a soft batter. There shouldn`t be too much sticking to the dough hook, then it`s the right thing to do. The dough does not need any rising time.
  3. Pour into the greased pan and spread a little. Sprinkle with seeds and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approx. 50-60 minutes.
  4. You can use all seeds, dried tomatoes, onions or mixtures. There are no limits. All other types of flour can also be mixed. I roast half of the sunflower seeds, which gives them a delicious aroma.
  5. The bread stays fresh for a long time.
