Squeeze the lemons, cut 4 pieces of peel from the washed orange (approx. 1 - 2 cm wide, 5 - 6 cm long, only the orange top peel. Bring the apple juice with white wine, all the spices, lemon juice and the orange pieces to the boil. Switch off the plate and Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes.
Then fish all the spices out of the juice with a hair sieve or pour the entire juice through a fine sieve and then mix with the preserving sugar. Now bring the juice to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
Fill the jelly into twist-off jars that have been rinsed with hot (so that they do not break due to the temperature difference), close and let them cool down. The amount makes about 6 small glasses.
