• 16 slices toast
• 16 slices ham (toasted ham)

Instructions

1. Wash and clean lettuce of various kinds, i.e. lollo rosso, frisée, iceberg, etc., and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain well and mix the varieties.
2. Prepare a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, water and a little sugar (any other marinade can also be used). Pour it over the lettuce and mix well.
3. Use a suitable cookie cutter to cut out toast, ham and mozzarella stars. Now cover the toast stars with the appropriate ham and cheese stars. A small leaf of basil, another ham star and a toast star on top (like a sandwich). Bread the assembled stars in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Bake on both sides in heated oil.
4. Arrange the salad in portions on plates, place 3-4 fried stars on top and serve.
5. Looks very decorative and tastes very tasty.
