Peel the bananas and put them in pieces in a blender. Add the almond milk (it is best to make it yourself), the water, the coconut milk and the speculoos spice and mix for 2 minutes at the highest level.
If you want to make pudding (as a dessert or for breakfast), put the mixture in a container and stir in the chia seeds. Leave in the refrigerator overnight so that the chia seeds can create a pudding-like consistency.
