Instructions

1. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass.
2. Roughly crumble 3 amarettini biscuits and sprinkle over the ice cream.
3. Pour 2 teaspoons of amaretto over the ice cream.
4. Pour 1 cup of freshly brewed espresso into the glass.
5. Serve immediately.
