Cook the tortellini in a saucepan with salted water.
Preparation of the red sauce:
Sauté the onions and garlic in a pan with a little olive oil. Then add the chopped peppers. Then add the peeled tomatoes. Finally stir in honey and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Preparation of the white sauce:
Mix the quark and cream to a liquid sauce and add the dried peppermint.
Put in the fridge and let it steep.
Put the tortellini on a plate, then pour the red sauce over it and finally add a little more of the white sauce.
