Instructions

  1. For the sauce, peel and finely chop the egg. Peel the onion, dice finely. Mix the egg, onion, salt, 4 tablespoon lemon juice and vinegar together. Withhold oil.
  2. For the salad, cut tomatoes into slices, iceberg lettuce into small pieces and arrange on a salad plate together with the tomato slices. Halve the avocados lengthways, turn the halves against each other, fold open and remove the core. Then peel and cut into strips. Spread on the salad, drizzle with lemon juice, pour the salad sauce over it and sprinkle with black pepper.
