Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen berries and puree with 100g powdered sugar. Mix the mascarpone with yoghurt and the remaining powdered sugar with a hand mixer. Beat the whipped cream separately in a bowl until stiff and then fold into the mascarpone cream.
  2. Place the ladyfingers in a baking dish and layer them alternately with the berries and the mascarpone cream. At the end, decorate with After Eight as desired. It is best to leave it overnight in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
  3. Tip: You can refine the mascarpone cream with 1 dash of peppermint liqueur, this is the version for adults.
