Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil. In the meantime, cut the pointed cabbage into strips. When the potatoes are lightly browned and still have a light bite, remove them from the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the minced meat in the pan and fry until crumbly. Cut the onion into fine half rings and add to the minced meat. When everything is well seared, add this to the potatoes and stir, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  3. Braise the cabbage in the frying fat at a low temperature until it still has a light bite. Stir the instant boullion in 200 ml of warm water and add to the cabbage. Pour in the cream as well.
  4. Put the potatoes and mince back in the pan and stir everything together.
