Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, creme fraîche and mayonnaise together well. Finely chop or crush the garlic and stir in with the spices.
  2. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, better overnight. Then the taste of the garlic really unfolds. A must for us for barbecues in summer!
