Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Mix together the garlic, eggs, oil and salt and use the hand mixer to make a paste.
  3. You can also add some mustard, which I don`t do.
  4. If necessary, season with salt and pepper and serve.
