Churros are a traditional dish on choux dough that Spain has given to us. It is either deep-fried or baked. This national dessert will definitely please your loved ones.
Mix the water, oil, sugar, and spices in a saucepan and bring them to a boil.
Put all the flour and without removing the saucepan from the heat, mix the mass thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Mix continuously for about two minutes and remove the mass from the heat and cool it down for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and gradually add to the dough.
Knead the dough. Its consistency should be sticky and thick but not stiff.
Fill a piping bag with a star tip with the dough.
Heat the vegetable oil and squeeze out strips (or rings) of the dough into the air fryer. Brown them, place them on a paper towel, and sprinkle the churros with powdered sugar to serve.
