Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection, top / bottom heat: 200 ° C). Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Now mix the egg yolks with the flour, quark, milk and sugar. Then carefully fold in the egg whites so that a fluffy mass is formed.
  2. Then melt the butter in a large coated, oven-safe pan, pour in the dough and smooth it out. Reduce the temperature to medium heat and bake the curd cheese for 3 minutes (do not turn!).
  3. Then place the pan in the oven for approx. 12 minutes. At the end of the baking time, remove the pan and pluck the dough into pieces with a scraper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon as desired, goes well with all types of fruit compote!
