Mix the sour cream, the olive oil, the mozzarella, plucked into small pieces, and the ajvar (mixer or food processor) and season with salt and pepper. Make sure that the mass does not become too runny.
Spread on the puff pastry; Roll it up from the long side and cut it into snails (slices).
Place the snails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions for the puff pastry (may vary). The snails should turn a light golden brown.
