Put 2 liters of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the stock and dissolve in the water.
Separately in a small bowl add the egg, 1 tablespoon corn flour and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well together. Then pour it into the boiling water and stir briefly once. Bring to the boil again briefly and serve.
