Cut the lamb into slices, brush with a little butter and fry in the oven. Now and then add a little water (the water and the juice that comes from the meat will be needed for the next step) so that it doesn`t dry out. When done, remove the meat and set aside.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour until the flour turns yellow (but don`t fry), gradually deglaze with the water and meat juice mixture until it is a thick sauce. Let the sauce cool down, fold in the yogurt and eggs and season with salt.
Pre-cook the rice for about 10 minutes, fill the bottom layer in the baking dish, place the meat on top and pour the sauce over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until it is lightly browned.
