Instructions

  1. Chop meat and vegetables to spoon size (slices, strips).
  2. Put everything in a large ovenproof dish, if not available, a saucepan will do. Pour the sauces (each bottle approx. 250 ml) over it and sprinkle the shashlik spice over it, mix everything, leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Place in the oven with circulating air at 180 ° (normally 200 °) for a good hour. You can also do it on the stove, but stir diligently.
  4. Pasta, potatoes and bread go well with it.
