Cut the onions into cubes and sauté in a large pan. Then add the peppers cut into strips and cook for 3 minutes. Now add the canned tomatoes and their juice, then the stock cube (crumbled) and, if necessary, some water and chili powder.
Let simmer and chop the tomatoes. Finally add the sliced sausages. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat and stir occasionally.
Now add the cumin and season with a dash of soy sauce. To thicken the sauce, thicken it with cornstarch or flour.
I recommend couscous (125 g) as a side dish. To do this, boil 250 ml of water. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the couscous. Let it swell for just 2-3 minutes and serve. Alternatively, rice can also be used, but this slightly loses the oriental note.
