Cut the chicken breast into strips and dust with the tandori seasoning mixture (this works well in a bowl with your hands - the meat must be red well). Add the oil and mix in with your hands as well.
Let a pan get very hot. Then add the meat and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the honey and let it boil. Finally add the sesame seeds and mix in.
Serve the dish with the rice. Mix the yoghurt and serve with it.
A green salad goes well with it.
