Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice it finely and mix it with the minced meat.
  2. Season the ground beef with Worcester sauce, salt and pepper and form 4 flat burgers from it. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the burgers vigorously, then fry them on a low heat for 6 minutes, turn once. Just before the burgers are done, place 1 slice of cheese on each one and let it melt.
  3. In the meantime, wash the lettuce and spin dry. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the green stem and cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Halve the hamburger buns and toast them with the cut surface facing up under the oven grill until crispy.
  5. Then cover all lower halves with lettuce, place 1 burger with melted cheese slice on each and cover with the upper half of the hamburger buns. Serve immediately.
  6. Tip: Depending on your taste, the All-American burgers can also be topped with cucumber and onion slices and coated with mustard or mayonnaise.
