Instructions

  1. Cut all ingredients into the desired size.
  2. Blanch the broccoli in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
  3. Fry the meat with sesame oil in the WOK until crispy. Then deglaze with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  4. First add the carrots and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the broccoli, spring onions and bell peppers and cook until firm to the bite.
  5. Then refine according to your taste with the various spices and finally mix in the sesame.
  6. Personally, I like to sprinkle freshly chopped coriander on top and serve the dish with Chinese egg noodles!
