- Cut all ingredients into the desired size.
- Blanch the broccoli in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Fry the meat with sesame oil in the WOK until crispy. Then deglaze with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- First add the carrots and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the broccoli, spring onions and bell peppers and cook until firm to the bite.
- Then refine according to your taste with the various spices and finally mix in the sesame.
- Personally, I like to sprinkle freshly chopped coriander on top and serve the dish with Chinese egg noodles!
