Meanwhile, wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Put some oil in a large saucepan and heat. When the oil is hot, add the meat and fry. In between add the onions and season everything with paprika powder, pepper and curry. Add the rice and after a short time deglaze with the stock. Then add the peppers and carrots and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Finally add the spring onions and corn and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, curry, turmeric, a dash of Worcester sauce and, if you like, some curry ketchup.
If you like, you can also have minced meat instead of pork goulash.
