Cut the onion into small pieces and roast with the minced meat. Add the tomatoes and water and mix in briefly. Mix in the other ingredients and, depending on the pot or stove, simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Stir more often and add a little more water if necessary. Possibly bind something. Season with salt, pepper and some soup seasoning. If you like, you can refine it with creme fraiche or cream.
