• 50 g honey
• 4 cl amaretto
• 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

1. Roast the almond slivers dry and finely grind them, beat the whipped cream until stiff.
2. Mix the almonds (well chilled) with the honey and the amaretto.
3. Fold in the whipped cream. Finished.
