Instructions

  1. Slice the apricots a little over the middle, add an almond kernel and squeeze the fruit together.
  2. Halve the bacon slices, wrap the apricots tightly in them and fix with a toothpick.
  3. Place these parcels in a coated, cold pan without added fat, fry brown on both sides over medium heat and serve hot.
