Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots and apples, grind the almonds, squeeze out the juice of half an orange, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until they are firm and refrigerate.
  2. Mix the carrots, apples, almonds, juice of half an orange, egg yolk, water, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
