Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and almond syrup (look for the coffee syrups in the supermarket) until smooth. Fold in the cream and process into a homogeneous mass.
  2. With warm cinnamon plums or berries or, in summer, passion fruit pulp.
