Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until creamy, add sugar and vanilla and mix in. Mix in the egg with the yolk. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and almonds then stir in a spoonful. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt paws onto a greased tin.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then immediately remove the cookies from the baking sheet.
  3. Cover with melted couverture as desired or spread jam on 2 paws each, assemble and only then cover with the couverture.
