Instructions

  1. Remove 4 tablespoons of the milk and mix with the cornstarch. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour the starch mixture into the hot milk and bring to the boil once.
  2. Pull from the stove. Mix in the almonds and liqueur. Fill into small glass bowls.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set.
